i got a pack of tootsie pop and i had a rapper that had a star on it and how may stars to you get to get a free tootsie pop and how many do you collect to get a whole bag full??? how does this work do you have to bring all of your rapers up to the casher? or do you go online? i dobnt know what to do! how does trhis work?
